  • Text Messages (SMS/MMS): By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Crosstalk Mobile related to your account and service, including but not limited to: activation updates, shipping notifications, payment reminders, service alerts, and account verification messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of non-essential text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of text messages will not affect essential service communications that may be sent via other channels.
  • Phone Calls: We may contact you by telephone at the number you provide regarding your account, service issues, payment matters, or to respond to your inquiries. Calls may be made by Crosstalk Mobile representatives during reasonable business hours.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing our services, except as necessary to provide the service you have requested. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional messages related to your account and service.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Contacts can expect to receive general customer service, reminders and follow-ups, invoices and payments, public service announcements.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number provided. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
